COACH BRAD

BUILT ON EXPERIENCE. FOCUSED ON YOU.
From collegiate All-American to championship coach, Brad brings decades of competitive running and coaching experience to every athlete he works with.

EXPERIENCE THAT SHAPES THE COACHING

Brad has spent virtually his entire life around competitive running. A five-time collegiate All-American and former 400- and 800-meter specialist, he competed at McKendree University, where his name remains part of the school’s track and field record book.

After his competitive career, Brad transitioned into coaching alongside his father, Hall of Fame coach Gary White. He worked with both men’s and women’s athletes at McKendree and was part of the coaching staff during the program’s national championship era, including the 2002 NAIA Women’s Indoor Track & Field National Championship.

COACHING BUILT AROUND THE ATHLETE

Brad’s approach isn’t about handing every runner the same program. He knows when to push, when to adjust, and when an athlete is capable of more than they realize.

Whether you’re training for your first race, chasing a PR, stepping up to a new distance, or simply trying to see what you’re capable of, your training is built around your goals, your ability, your schedule, and your life.

YOUR RACE ISN’T GENERIC.

YOUR TRAINING SHOULDN’T BE EITHER.
